Kayode is the Chief Executive Officer of AVA Group. He joined the organization with over 15 years commercial banking and investment banking/capital market experience. He worked in commercial banking with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc before joining BGL Plc where he worked in corporate finance and Investment banking for 3 years. After BGL, Kayode was team lead, Corporate finance at Kedari Capital Limited where he led a corporate finance team on both public and private sector transactions.
Upon completion of his MBA, Kayode was recruited by Millicom UK as business controller to manage and monitor its investments in the huge tech startup, Africa Internet Holdings. He then joined Boston Advisory as Vice President, Investment Banking and became Managing Director/CEO of the Firm in 2017. Kayode holds a B.Sc. Degree in Economics from University of Lagos and an MBA, from ESADE Business School, Barcelona
